To enable a client group of vulnerable people, living within the Easter Ross and Sutherland areas to live independent lives, enabling them to sustain and maintain their existing tenancies within their local community. Clarification of ‘vulnerability’ may vary in each case from low level mild mental health issues resulting from but not peculiar to drug or alcohol dependency, to life style issues un related to drug & alcohol but yet still likely to put tenancies at risk.
To help with above we have a number of ‘recovery meetings’ per week.
Monday – Road to Recovery in Dornoch 7.30 – 9pm (Free Church Hall)
Tuesday – Road to Recovery in Tain 7.30 – 9pm (Free Church Hall)
Wednesday – Life Recovery Group – 11 – 12pm – (CCAST office on High Street Tain)
Friday – Life Discovery Group – 11 – 12pm – ( CCAST office on High Street Tain )
All these meetings focus on recovery of the individual and are open to all –
